English Breakfast Buffet Menu
Served: 7 days per week

Health bar which includes whole fruit, nuts, dried fruit:

- Fresh fruit juices
- A selection of fresh preserved fruit
- Hot and cold cereals
- A selection of pastries and breads
- Yogurts with fresh fruit coulis
- A selection of cold meat and cheese

Hot breakfast includes a selection of:

- Eggs to order
- Scrambled Eggs
- Grilled Mushrooms
- Grilled Bacon
- Baked Beans
- Sausage – beef, lamb or pork
- Haddock or Kippers
- Grilled tomato
- Kidneys, Liver or Breakfast steak
- Potatoes / Hashbrowns
- Omelet Station
- White and Brown toast

Fresh filter Coffee
Ceylon, Rooibos or a selection of Twining’s tea will be served at your table

Luncheon Buffet Menu
Served: Lunch daily

Starters
A selection of cold cuts, fish and shellfish starters

Salads
There is a selection of between 6 to 8 salads including a make your own salad section with dressings and condiments

Soup
Soup of the Day with croutons and or cheese straws

Casseroles
A selection of 3 different casseroles including at least one curry or one pasta dish, one poultry dish and two speciality casseroles.  There are sambals and condiments to go with these dishes

Stir fry section / pasta  bar / fish grill section
On a particular day it can be any one of the following above-mentioned sections served from the ice-well area on the buffet (For 100 or more people)

Carvery Section
There are always two different roasts on the carvery of which roast beef is a standard item, the second roast may vary from gammon, chicken, leg of lamb or pork to ostrich leg or turkey.
With the roasts there is a selection of three different sauces, plus the cold complimentary sauce for the individual roasts.

Vegetable Section
This is a selection of five different vegetable dishes plus savoury or yellow rice and roast potatoes.

Dessert Buffet
A variety of  different gateaux, tarts, mousses, and pastries, there is also a hot dessert served with custard and fresh cream.  A selection of three ice creams with many different condiments

Cheese and Biscuits
A selection of local and imported cheeses served with biscuits
