Stir fry section / pasta bar / fish grill section
On a particular day it can be any one of the following above-mentioned sections served from the ice-well area on the buffet
Carvery Section
There are always two different roasts on the carvery of which roast beef is a standard item, the second roast may vary from gammon, chicken, leg of lamb or pork to ostrich leg or turkey.
With the roasts there is a selection of three different sauces, plus the cold complimentary sauce for the individual roasts.

Butternut Soup Indaba:
Our famous mildly curried butternut purée served with a dollop of freshly whipped cream, coriander and a toasted garlic and cinnamon crouton.

A delicate cream soup of oven roasted tomatoes with a hint of roasted red pepper enhanced with a pesto and parmesan crouton.

Mushrooms Epsom:
Giant black mushrooms, pan-fried in garlic butter, accompanied with creamed spinach, sun-dried tomato and olive tapenade, topped with mozzarella cheese and gratinéed.
