Fully Inclusive 24 Hour Conference Package

This conference accommodation rate includes the following:

  • Accommodation at the Sandton Indaba hotel.

This conference accommodation rate includes VAT at 14% but excludes the 1% Tourism Levy per room per night, specialised conference equipment, breakaway charges and surcharges on banquets.
A R260.00 setup charge on the first day of your conference will be levied for standard equipment per room which includes 1 flipchart, a whiteboard, and a screen and extension cord per function venue.
Please note that the above standard equipment is not applicable to the following function venues: Injabulo, Kgotla, Ingidini, Ndaba, Lethabo and the Auditorium.

Additional equipment is available and charged accordingly.

Banqueting Packages and Function Venues at Indaba

We have several function venues at the Indaba Hotel that will be perfect for your conference, corporate team event, Matric dance or wedding in Johannesburg.
Please note that in the event of the function continuing after midnight, a surcharge or R3000.00/hour or part thereof will be levied, and R5000.00/hour or part thereof after 03:00

The Ndaba Room Function Venue

A gorgeous function venue, the Indaba Room can accommodate a maximum of 70 guests with a complimentary dance floor (4m x 5m). There is a minimum yield of R18 000.00 - in the event of food revenue not yielding R18 000.00, the difference between the food revenue and the minimum yield will be charged as room hire.

The cost of the menu includes:

  • Cutlery
  • White linen

Ingidini Function Venue

This stunning function venue can accommodate a maximum 120 with a complimentary dance floor (4m x 5m). There is a minimum yield of R18 000.00 - in the event of food revenue not yielding R18 000.00, the difference between the food revenue and the minimum yield will be charged as room hire.

Injabulo or Kgotla Function Venues

The largest of our function venues, a maximum of 450 guests can be accommodated with a complimentary dance floor (7m x 7m).
There is a minimum yield of R45 000.00 - in the event of food revenue not yielding R45 000.00, the difference between the food revenue and the minimum yield will be charged as room hire

Cost of menu includes:

  • White linen
